Recognition and Reward
Feros Care has a unique staff recognition and reward program called Applauding Innovation. It was created to identify innovative work practices, service delivery and growth ideas that benefit the entire organisation.
Every year Feros Care holds an Innovations Cup Award evening to honour the achievements of individuals and teams of staff. It is always well attended and enjoyed by staff.
