Job Description
Feros Care is progressively recruiting staff until the end of 2011 due to large government funded service rollouts. We are looking for passionate Community Support Workers to join our team of Personal Carers along the East Coast from Coffs Harbour in NSW to Bundaberg in QLD.
Essential Selection Criteria:
• Certificate III in Aged Care or other relevant qualification eg. Enrolled Nurse
• Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence
• Current Vehicle Registration
• Current Compulsory Third Party Personal Injury Insurance, and
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate.
Desirable Selection Criteria:
• Certificate IV in Aged Care, and
• Medication Management Certificate or experience with medication administration.
To be successful you will be energetic, well organised, possess an enthusiasm for aged care and commitment to the implementation of the Eden model of care and thrive on delivering quality services in a caring manner.
Typically our Support Workers operate between the hours of 07:30 and 17:30, Monday to Sunday, however every effort will be made to accommodate your roster and availability requests.Â

Candidates must be Australian Citizens or hold Permanent Australian Residency.
